A lot of people claim to know how to write SEO content. What most of them mean is that they know how to pepper your page with the keywords and phrases you want to target in hopes of causing those pages to rank well in the search engines. Some of them can even do that.
However, it takes more than that. your readers comes first. Can they also write content that engages the reader and keeps them interested? Some SEO Content Writers can optimize for your keywords and write content that interests your visitors. But, once again, that is not enough.
Does your content writer also have sales experience? Can they write text that closes sales? That is the most important thing of all. After all, you are not building an online business to provide information and not also make money while doing so.
So you need an SEO Content Writer who understands how to optimize a page for your keywords and who can write text that is interesting to readers AND who know s how to sell something besides their own writing services. Ask about their background in sales, not just SEO and writing,
Did I mention they also need to know how to sell?
